One of the trends I am heavily inclined to is the ombre effect whether on apparel or on bags. I came across this stunning silver-midnight blue hobo from Whiting & Davis, who are world famous for their mesh fabrics. I knew instantly that I had to feature it in this week’s post. This trend gives a very classy and polished look to the entire outfit. But I prefer limiting it to two colors; any more and I find it a bit messy. Another treasured find is the lace work trousers that I found on an international website called BeautifulHalo. They offer free shipping to India though I am yet to understand their calculation of taxes and customs. I have kept the shirt in crisp white as a stark contrast to all the drama happening on the bag and the trousers. Finish off the look with silver and blue eyeshadow, glossy red lips and blue matte nail lacquer.
Bag: Ebay, INR 11,998
Shirt: Jabong, INR 999
Shoes: Styletag, INR 1,699
Earrings: Voylla, INR 1,069
Lace Trousers: BeautifulHalo, USD 24.53
OPI Nail Lacquer: Nykaa, INR 996
Style Tips: To tone down the look, replace the lace trousers with black culottes for a classic combination and carry a tan oversized satchel. Accessorize with a neckpiece if needed; it was dropped from the original look to keep the focus on the mesh bag.
